Brenda Faatz Producer-Wee Noteables; President-Youth Arts Colorado Brenda is the creator and genius behind Wee Noteables and is a professional and critically acclaimed actress, singer and dancer. As important, she is a young children’s music educator licensed through the well-respected “Music Together” program, where she owns and runs her own center in Colorado. Her expertise in music education and her accolades as a performer are the cornerstone of these productions. Since graduating from The University of Northern Colorado in the mid-80s with a BA in Musical Theater, and her extensive classical training as a singer, dancer and in all areas of performing arts, Brenda has performed at the Country Dinner Playhouse (Colorado), The Vogue Theater (Denver), The Boulder Dinner Theater, Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (Minneapolis) , StageWest,(Denver), Plymouth Playhouse (MN), The Cyrstal Palace (Aspen), and The Arvada Center for the Arts, to name a few. Her lead and supporting performances in Singing in the Rain, Nunsense, Anything Goes, Hello Dolly, A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, The Velveteen Rabbit and Annie, among others, garnered many accolades including a nomination for “Best Performance by an Actress in a Musical” (1989-90 Season); the Denver Drama Critics Circle Awards. Recognized for her superb musical talent and her “great comedic ability” Brenda, according to the Denver Post, “possesses the kind of personality-plus that leaps over the footlights.” As one of the first call performers in Colorado, she has caught the attention of many critics throughout her two-decade tenure as a singer and actress.

Executive Producer-Wee Noteables; VP-Youth Arts Colorado As
a media professional and producer in the entertainment business, Peter
has directed dozens of critically acclaimed productions over the past
two decades. Currently the Director of Movie Media Group and former Publisher of Moving Pictures
Magazine and President of Americana Records, he is active in
helping create and bring new programs to music and the performing arts.
In the music industry he has been the executive producer and creative
director on numerous successful projects for Willie Nelson, Roy Clark,
Tim Weisberg, Images, Sister Sledge, Dotsero, Jeff Kashiwa, The Moscow
String Quartet, Sam Harris, Roy Meriwether and Charley Pride. Two of
these projects resulted in Grammy Award Nominations. In addition to his
work in music and in publishing for the film industry, Peter has been a
spokesperson for the recording industry on intellectual property rights
and has been a featured guest on NPR’s Fresh Air, The London Financial
Times, CNN and the Washington Post.

Mitch Samu Music Arranger - Wee Noteables; President-3 Steps Back
As a music director,
conductor, composer and arranger, Mitch has become one of the most
prolific talents in the theater world. He cut his teeth in the industry
as the keyboardist for the Broadway production of the Lion King and Little Shop of Horrors and the national tour of Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Most recently he was the resident Music Director for the Country Dinner Playhouse presenting programs such as Guy & Dolls, Phantom of the Opera, Evita and Man of L Mancha. He has also penned the compositions and arrangements for Dare to Dream, Broken Wings, Jesus the Last Mile, 3 Steps Back and We’ll Beat the Odds.
Mitch’s long and successful career has been highlighted by his role as Musical Director for the national tours of: Saturday Night Fever, Crazy for YouBeehive; the NY performances of Adrift in Macao and Waiting for the Glaciers; and for the Denver performances of Always …Patsy Cline, Dreamgirls and Sideshow.
